** Stock marks its worst intraday trading session since April 7

** The construction materials firm says a fire broke out in the feed preparation plant at onshore Thunderbird Sands Mine on April 17

** Says damage from fire was limited to one of two feed preparation screen units, no casualties or injuries reported

** Plant was not operating at the time as it was shut down for scheduled maintenance operations, says company

** Says operations resumed on April 19

** Stock down 52.2% YTD, including the day's moves
