Failure to get Rosebank or Jackdaw approval would be 'major setback', Equinor CEO says
Failure to get Rosebank or Jackdaw approval would be 'major setback', Equinor CEO says LONDON, Oct 6 (Reuters) - Failure to obtain approval for the Rosebank or the Jackdaw upstream projects would be a major blow for Equinor's Adura joint venture with Shell SHEL.L in the North Sea, Equinor EQNR.OL CEO Anders Opedal said on Tuesday.
"Not approving Rosebank would be contradictory to energy security, to job creation," Opedal told the Energy Intelligence Forum in London, adding that if not approved Equinor and others would start to question if the UK was investible.
