    * Says it will issue 8th series and 9th series unsecured
corporate
bonds worth 10 billion yen in total 
    * The bonds are each with face value of 100 million yen,
issue
price at 100 yen per face value of 100 yen
    * Maturity date on June 14, 2023 and June 14,2028, coupon
rate of
0.22 percent per annum and 0.45 percent per annum 
    * Subscription date on June 7 and payment date on June 14
    * Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. and Nomura Securities Co.,
Ltd.,
