    * Says it forms business and capital alliance with a
Tokyo-based
firm, which is engaged in karaoke box business, Internet cafe
business and fitness club business on May 30 
    * Says it will sell 34.8 million shares(81 percent stake) of
SHiDAX COMMUNITY CORPORATION and creditor's rights of 9.71
billion yen to a Tokyo-based firm
    * Says it will decrease voting power in the Tokyo-based firm
to 19
percent from 100 percent
