March 21 (Reuters) - Shih Wei Navigation Co Ltd  5608.TW  :
    
    * Says it plans to issue up to 100 million new shares of the
company with par value of T$10 per share 
    * Says 10 percent to 15 percent of the new shares will be
offered to the company's employees, 10 percent of the new shares
will be offered via public offering and remaining 75 percent to
80 percent will be offered to the existing shareholders
