* Says it received second instance judgment from Tokyo High
Court
on June 28, regarding payment dispute lawsuit filed by a
Tokyo-based firm (plaintiff for the first instance) against the
company
* In the fist instance's judgment, the company was ordered
to pay
about 2.7 million yen to plaintiff and to burden half of lawsuit
cost
* According to the new judgment, the part of paying 2.7
million
yen to the Tokyo-based firm was revoked
* Previous news was disclosed on Dec. 15, 2017
