Gujarat state
** Stock eyes best day since July 3
** SIVA down ~14% YTD; agrochemical rivals UPL UPLL.NS and
Bayer Cropscience BAYE.NS up ~4% and ~19% YTD, respectively
** Rival API-makers Aurobindo Pharma ARBN.NS and Aarti
Drugs ADRG.NS up ~34% and ~6.5% YTD, respectively
