    * Says it sells 118 shares of Akuru, Inc. for 0.5 million
yen, and
decreases voting power to 10.1 percent from 28.9 percent 
    * Says it sells 52 shares of increws co.,Ltd. for 7 million
yen
and decreases voting power to 39 percent from 42 percent 
    * Says it sells 100 percent stake in galaxy, which is
engaged in
internet media business, for 8 million yen 
    * Effective July 19
