Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons

 

The Company announces that it has been notified that Chief Financial Officer,
Simon Kesterton, has purchased 764,203 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company during the period from 12 May to 13 May 2026. Prior to these
transactions, Simon had a beneficial interest in SIG of 190,000 ordinary
shares and, following these transactions, Simon's beneficial interest is now
954,203 ordinary shares in SIG.

 

This announcement and the following disclosures are made in accordance with
Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
