Signify targets 10% margin by 2029, updates dividend policy June 23 (Reuters) - Signify LIGHT.AS, the world's largest lighting company, updated its strategy on Tuesday to target an adjusted earnings before interest, taxation and amortisation (EBITA) margin of around 10% by 2029.
Ahead of its capital markets day, the company also said it aims for comparable sales growth of up to 1% for the same period and has updated its dividend policy to target an annual cash dividend with a pay-out ratio of 40–50% of continuing net income.
