** Stock set to snap 5 months of losses; gains 16.7% so far this month

** Co gets exclusive outdoor advertising rights on Park Street under "Kolkata Streetscape Renaissance" project for 4.5 bln rupees ($49.5 mln)

** More than 280,000 shares traded, 2.3x the 30-day moving avg

** SIGP last up 2.6%, takes YTD gains to 9.8%
