Announcement of publication of the text of the CMA's Decision to Refer

 

On 14 October 2022 the CMA will publish the text of its Decision to Refer the
anticipated acquisition by Sika AG of MBCC Group for an in depth
investigation, which was announced on 10 August 2022.
