** Shares of Australia's Silex Systems  SLX.AX  fall as much
as 25.2% to A$3.84, set for worst day since June 2018
    ** The tech commercialisation company announces the
completion of A$120 million($80.86 million) placement at an
offer price of A$4.05 per share
    ** Issue price at a discount of 21.1% to co's last close of
A$5.13
    ** Stock hits lowest since Jan 10
    ** Stock has risen 60.3% this year as of last close
