** Salt Lake Potash Ltd  SO4.AX  rises as much as 7.8 pct to
A$0.485, its highest since Sept 17
    ** Potash explorer executes MOU with Chinese fertiliser
distributor Sinofert Holdings  0297.HK  for offtake agreement
regarding Goldfields Salt Lakes Project in Western Australia
