13.1% at $8.7 premarket 
    ** SPNT among biggest decliners across major U.S. exchanges 
    ** Activist investor Third Point's Daniel Loeb says in a
filing that he is no longer exploring a potential acquisition of
SPNT
    ** Loeb and SPNT were unable to reach consensus on the value
of a potential deal, he says 
    ** Loeb had disclosed in April that he was considering
acquiring SPNT
    ** As of last close, SPNT up ~68% YTD
