June 3 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 20:00 GMT on Tuesday:

**  Howden Re and U.S.-based credit investment manager Rivonia Road Capital have entered a strategic cooperation agreement for a partnership focusing on providing financing to insurance agents, brokers and other industry participants aimed at the health benefits segment. nL6N3S60SA

**  Hub International Limited has acquired Oradell, New Jersey-based Fenner and Esler Agency, a provider of professional liability and risk management services to architects, engineers, surveyors and environment professionals. nL6N3S60O8

** The Norwegian government has begun exploring the sale of its remaining 6.26% stake in Norwegian Air NAS.OL, the airline said on Tuesday. nL2N3S60LK

**  Britain's Reckitt RKT.L is considering new options to advance a sale of its Essential Home business, home to Air Wick fresheners and Cillit Bang cleaners, after bids came in below expectations, two people with knowledge of the process said. nL3N3S5113

** Nuclear start-up Newcleo has agreed to set up a joint venture with Slovakia's JAVYS on the use of spent nuclear fuel, the company founded by Italian physicist Stefano Buono said on Tuesday. nL5N3S60LN

** Viper Energy  will acquire Sitio Royalties  in an all-stock transaction valued at about $4.1 billion, including debt, the companies said , boosting the Diamondback Energy  unit's scale and inventory in the Permian Basin. nL3N3S60S5

** London (re)insurance broker Miller has completed its acquisition of AHJ Holdings, the parent of specialist brokers Alwen Hough Johnson and AHJ Europe, the company announced. nL6N3S60II

** Telehealth platform Hims & Hers  said it will acquire London-based startup Zava for an undisclosed amount, allowing it to launch its offerings in Germany, France and Ireland and reach more international patients. nL2N3S60BI

** Toyota Motor <7203.T> will take forklift-maker Toyota Industries <6201.T> private in a $33 billion deal, the companies said, a landmark unwinding of cross-shareholding that is likely to strengthen the influence of the group's founding Toyoda family. nL3N3S511B

** Scandinavian property companies Pandox AB  and Eiendomsspar AS  have jointly proposed to buy Ireland's largest hotel group Dalata  for 1.3 billion euros ($1.48 billion), they said. nL3N3S60EY

** BP  said that it had completed acquisition of stakes in two offshore exploration and development blocks in the Azerbaijan sector of the Caspian Sea. nS8N3RF04I

** Merck  has held talks to buy Swiss biotech MoonLake Immunotherapeutics  for more than $3 billion, the Financial Times reported on Monday, citing three people familiar with the matter. nL3N3S51B0

** Belgian healthcare real estate company Aedifica AOO.BR said it has reached an agreement to merge with real estate investment trust Cofinimmo COFB.BR to create the largest real estate investment trust in Europe. nFWN3S50QN
