    ** Vaccine maker expands agreement with South Korea-based
partner SK Bioscience Co Ltd  302440.KS  for its COVID-19
vaccine, NVX-CoV2373  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPn230nLka 
    ** Agreement is for technology transfer of NVAX's COVID-19
variant antigen materials so SK Bioscience can manufacture drug
substance targeting COVID-19 variants
    ** Under agreement, SK Bioscience to manufacture and supply
NVAX COVID-19 vaccine in a prefilled syringe
    ** NVAX says SK Bioscience will begin work for manufacturing
process of vaccine's commercial supply in prefilled syringes in
2023
    ** An advisory committee meeting of experts to the U.S.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is currently underway
and they are scheduled to vote on whether to recommend NVAX
vaccine for use among adults
    ** Including Tuesday's session, NVAX down ~59% vs a ~16%
