South Korea's SK Bioscience to buy stake in German vaccine firm IDT Biologika for $244 mln
SEOUL, June 27 (Reuters) - South Korean vaccine maker SK
Bioscience 302440.KS said in a regulatory filing on Thursday
it will acquire a controlling stake in German vaccine firm IDT
Biologika GmbH, as well as existing shares in another firm
called Technik-Energie-Wasser Servicegesellschaft mbH, for a
total of 339 billion won ($243.75 million).
