** Industrial and agricultural rubber products maker posts net profit of NZ$54.5 mln ($31.7 mln) for FY ended June 30 vs year-ago NZ$46.9 mln

** About 310,868 shares traded vs 30-day avg of 95,053

** SKL falls 2.9% YTD
