at $3.15 premarket 
    ** Co reaches settlement with US Well Services  USWS.O 
after it won a favorable verdict in a dispute on June 4  
    ** USC to pay $35 mln as part of settlement 
    ** USC also enters into two-year Right of First Refusal
Agreement with co, covering all purchases of Northern White frac
sand by USWS
    ** SND's shares surged ~25% on June 4 after favorable
