** Shares of Smart Sand  SND.O  jumping 25% on Fri after the
frac sand supply co said it won a favorable verdict in a dispute
with US Well Services  USWS.O , with that co's stock slumping
15%
    ** SND shares hit $4.16 on Fri, over 2-yr high
    ** In a press release, SND said the Superior Court of the
State of Delaware ruled that USWS breached a long-term
take-or-pay master product purchase agreement  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX1dhBqv
    ** With moves on Fri, SND up 100% YTD and USWS up ~190%
