Connect Group announces that, following the conclusion of a formal tender process led by the Company's Audit Committee, the Board has approved the proposed appointment of BDO LLP as the Company's auditor for the financial year ending 31 August 2019. BDO LLP will hold office until the next Annual General Meeting to be held in January 2020 when their appointment will be subject to shareholder approval.
Following the conclusion of the tender process and the proposed appointment of BDO LLP, Deloitte LLP has resigned as the Company's auditor.
