The Company has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p undertaken by a PDMR. On 29 June 2017, Mr. David Bauernfeind (Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer) was granted options to buy 17,857 shares at an option price of 1.008 per share under the terms of the Connect Group PLC Save As You Earn Plan.
