Connect Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 5p shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility:

Purchase on behalf of David Bauernfeind (Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer) of a total of 20,000 ordinary 5p shares, on 26 October 2017, for a market price of 98.99p by a custodian on behalf of the administrator of Mr Bauernfeind's SIPP. Mr Bauernfeind is the beneficial owner of the acquired shares.
