1. Exercise by Jonathan Bunting (Chief Operating Officer) of 83,937 Deferred Bonus Plan (2015) shares, receipt of 13,675 shares in respect of the dividend equivalent payment and the subsequent sale of 45,972 ordinary shares to cover the tax and NI liability.
