Director/PDMR Shareholding


The Company has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p undertaken by a PDMR. On 26 June 2019, Anthony Grace (Chief Financial Officer) was granted options to buy 59,210 shares at an option price of £0.304 per share under the terms of the Connect Group PLC Save As You Earn Plan. The savings term is three years and the options are exercisable between 1 September 2022 and 28 February 2023.
