The Group confirms that, if approved at the 2020 Annual General Meeting, the final dividend recommended today by the Board in respect of the financial period ended 31 August 2019 of 1.0p per ordinary share will be paid on 13 February 2020 to all shareholders on the register on 17 January 2020.
