In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(1), the Company acknowledges that it
has today been notified by Michael Holt (independent Non-Executive Director)
that a company in which he is a director (Tuffnells Parcels Express Limited)
has entered administration with effect from 12 June 2023.

 

The Company confirms that there is no further information about Michael Holt
requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13R (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules
