In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(1), the Company acknowledges that it
has today been notified by Deborah Rabey (independent Non-Executive Director)
that a company in which she is a director (Wilko Limited) has entered
administration with effect from 10 August 2023.

 

The Company confirms that there is no further information about Deborah Rabey
requiring disclosure under paragraphs 9.6.13R (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules
of the Financial Conduct Authority.
