Director/PDMR Shareholding

Smiths News plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the
following transactions in the Company's ordinary 5p shares undertaken by
directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility:

1.         Exercise by Anthony Grace (Executive Director) of 226,010
Long Term Incentive Plan (2018) shares, receipt of 8,805 shares in respect of
the dividend equivalent payment and the subsequent sale of 110,585 ordinary
shares to cover the tax and NI liability.
