Publication of Annual Financial Report

and

Notice of AGM

 

Smiths News (LSE: SNWS), the leading distributor of newspapers, magazines and
ancillary services to retailers across the UK, announces that it has today
published its Annual Report and Accounts 2024. In addition, the Company
announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been sent to
shareholders.

 

Smiths News' Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30am on 16 January 2025
at DoubleTree by Hilton, Lydiard Fields, Great Western Way, Swindon SN5 8U.
The voting results of all resolutions put before the AGM will be announced
shortly afterwards and published on the Company's website.

 

Smiths News has submitted copies of the following documents to the National
Storage Mechanism:

 

1.    Annual Report and Accounts 2023

2.    Notice of Annual General Meeting

3.    Proxy Form

 

These documents will be available for inspection at National Storage Mechanism
