Feb 23 (Reuters) - Smiths News SNWS.L said on Monday the UK's pensions regulator had sent a warning notice related to its Tuffnells Parcels Express pension scheme, and was mulling if the newspapers and magazines distributor would need to put in place financial support for the scheme.
