    ** Co signs refinancing agreement to replace current senior
finance agreement, due to mature on Aug. 31, 2025
    ** The agreement comprises £40 mln ($50.1 mln) revolving
credit facility with an additional £10 mln ($12.5
mln)uncommitted accordion facility
    ** Reports HY revenue of £539.8 mln ($675.9 mln) compared to
 £550.1 mln ($688.8 mln) in previous year
    ** As of last close, SNWS up 3% in last 12 months
