Smiths News plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the
following transactions in the Company's ordinary 5p shares undertaken by

1.         The sale by Jonathan Bunting (Chief Executive Officer) of
1,183,423 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 5 November 2024 for an
average market price of 60.56p per share.
