2022 Annual Report and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

 

Smurfit Kappa Group plc (the "Company") announces that the Annual Report for
the year ended 31 December 2022 (the "2022 Annual Report") and the Notice
convening the 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice") (together the
"Documents") have been published today, 28 March 2023.  The Documents are
