Packaging firm Smurfit Westrock plans to delist from London Stock Exchange
May 20 - Global packaging group Smurfit Westrock SWR.L on Wednesday said it intends to delist from the London Stock Exchange, after which it would be solely listed in New York. Smurfit Westrock was formed after Ireland's Smurfit Kappa agreed in 2023 to buy U.S. rival WestRock for $11 billion to create the world's biggest paper and packaging company.
