Availability of the Q3 2026 Financial Report, Results Teleconference

and Invitation to the Capital Markets Day 2026
 
Q3 2026 Financial Report Availability
Starting 16 November 2026, at 20:00 at the latest (Romania time), the condensed consolidated interim Financial Statements as at and for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2026, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union ("IFRS-EU"), and the Consolidated Report of the Board of Directors for the third quarter of 2026 (Q3 2026) will be available, in both Romanian and English, in electronic format, on the Company's website here. All these documents will also be available in hard copy at the registered office of the Company, located in Bucharest, 9 Grigore Alexandrescu Street, District 1, open from Monday to Thursday, between 08:00-17:00 (Romania time), and on Friday, between 08:00-14:30 (Romania time), except for public holidays.
Teleconference for presenting Q3 Results
Electrica's management will hold, on 17 November 2026, at 16:00 (Romania time), a teleconference for analysts and investors: Presentation of the Electrica Group's Financial Results for Q3 2026. The teleconference can be accessed online here. Participation in the teleconference does not require the Company's approval or prior registration. Additional information regarding the online and/or telephone connection details, as well as the presentation materials, will be available on the Company's website here.
Capital Markets Day 2026 - Save the date
Electrica is pleased to invite investors, financial analysts and other stakeholders to its Capital Markets Day 2026, to be held on 17 November 2026, between 10:30 and 15:00 (Romania time), at Uzina Filaret in Bucharest. The event will take place in a hybrid format, with in-person attendance and a live webcast.
During the event, Electrica's executive management will present the Group's strategic direction towards 2030, the status of its investments, both in the distribution network and in its portfolio of electricity production and storage and cogeneration projects, as well as its financing and capital allocation framework. The presentations will be followed by a Q&A session open to both in-room and online participants.
Logistical details regarding registration, the agenda and the materials that will be made available, as well as the details for online participation in the event, will be communicated to the market in due time before the event.
