Aug 14 (Reuters) - Romanian state-owned gas pipeline
operator Transgaz  ROTGN.BX 
    
    * Says its net profit fell 30.2% percent on the year in the
first
half to 196 million lei  ($46.42 million).
    * Says its revenue from the construction and balancing
activity
fell 4% on the year to 775 million lei.
