Romania's Transgaz nine-month net profit down 9.0% y/y

BUCHAREST, Nov 13 (Reuters) - Romanian state-owned gas
pipeline operator Transgaz ROTGN.BX
* Says its net profit fell by 9.0% on the year in the first
nine months to 204.8 million lei ($49.68 million).
* Says operating revenue before construction activity,
according to IFRIC12 fell 7% on the year to 1.01 billion lei,
driven by lower transport tariffs and gas volumes.
* Says it ran a net loss of 26.37 million lei in the third
quarter.
* Says earnings per share fell to 17.39 lei ($4.22) per
share in the first nine months from 19.08 lei in the same period
of last year.
