Romania's Transgaz posts 2017 net profit of 602.18 mln lei

Feb 15 (Reuters) - Romanian state-owned gas pipeline 
operator Transgaz  ROTGN.BX  
     
    * Says its net profit rose by 1.5 percent on the year in 
2017 to 602.18 million lei ($161.33 million). 
    * Says its operating revenue before the balancing and 
construction activity, according to IFRIC12 fell by 4 percent on 
the year to 1.75 billion lei. 
    * Says its earnings per share stood at 51.03 in 2017, 
compared to 50.50 in the previous year.
