Sept 14 (Reuters) - Finances & Industries NV: 
    * Intends to launch a public buyout offer in cash on all 
Spadel SA  SPAB.BR  shares it doesn't yet own (i.e. 380,340 
shares) 
    * Intended buyout price is 95 euros per share 
    * Currently holds 90.84 percent of Spadel capital
