BELGIUM/PALESTINIANS:
Belgium will recognise a Palestinian state at the U.N. General Assembly, Foreign Minister Maxime Prevot said on Tuesday, adding to international pressure on Israel after similar moves by Australia, Britain, Canada and France.
DANONE SA DANO.PA: French multinational food-products corporation Danone successfully launched a 1.3 billion euros dual-tranche bond issue with the settlement expected to take place on September 8.
DELTA PLUS GROUP SA ALDLT.PA:
French personal protective equipment manufacturer Delta Plus Group reported H1 consolidated sales of 187.8 million euros and aims to maintain its gross margin level achieved in 2024.
EAGLE FOOTBALL GROUP SA EEFG.PA:
French football club Olympique Lyonnais, owned by Eagle Football Group, has announced the transfer of Georges Mikautadze to Spanish club Villarreal for 36 million euros. It also said Martén Satriano will be loaned to OL by RC Lens, with option to buy, until june 30, 2026, for 1 million euros.
SOCIETE GENERALE SOGN.PA:
Australia's Market Disciplinary Panel has fined a local unit of lender Societe Generale SOGN.PA A$3.88 million ($2.52 million) for failing to prevent suspicious orders on the electricity and wheat futures market, a regulator said on Tuesday.
SPADEL SA SPAB.BR:
Belgian beverage company Spadel reported a H1 EBITDA of 44.77 million euros and expects to exceed its 2024 performance in 2025.
STIF FRANCE SAS ALSTI.PA:
Stif France has entered into exclusive negotiations with Boss Industrial Group to acquire a 70% stake in Boss Products, increasing Stif Group's total stake to 80%. The proposed acquisition would be financed by bank debt and is expected to take effect in the coming weeks.
