The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said on Tuesday that
medical device maker Philips has recalled certain masks used
with some of its respiratory machines due to potential risk of

SOFINA SOF.BR :
Sofina reported on Tuesday its half-year net result turned
to a loss of 1.34 billion euros from a profit of 1.60 billion
euros a year ago, with its net asset value falling to 9.88

TECHNICOLOR TCH.PA :
Technicolor announced that the spin-off and subsequent
listing of its Technicolor Creative Studios (TCS) unit will
happen on September 27 and that the distribution in kind to
Technicolor shareholders of 65% of the unit's shares was
approved by the AGM. On day of the listing of TCS, Technicolor
will commence trading under its new name of Vantiva.

Ubisoft Entertainment SA UBIP.PA in a deal that values France's
