Worldline plans to raise 500 million euros ($583 million) as part of a capital injection, it said on Thursday, as the French payments firm seeks to recover from years of setbacks and restore investor confidence.
ELIS SA ELIS.PA: Global leader in circular services at work Elis acquired 100% of Lavanderia Hospitalar Acqua Flash Ltda ("Acquaflash") in Brazil, a Brasilia-based company that generated approximately 6 million euros in revenue in 2024, with integration effective in the Group's consolidated accounts as of November 1, 2025.
NEURONES SA NRO.PA: French IT services company Neurones reported Q3 2025 revenues up 5.7% to 207.9 million euros with organic growth of 5.1%, and is targeting annual revenues over 850 million euros and 8% operating profit.
JENSEN-GROUP NV JEN.BR: Belgian industrial laundry equipment manufacturer Jensen-Group reported Q3 2025 earnings per share of 1.58 euros with revenue of 134.9 million euros and operating profit of 55.3 million euros, and remains on track to deliver expected full-year EBIT range between 66-71 million euros.
TP TEPRF.PA: French staffing company TP reported Q3 consolidated revenue of 2.51 billion euros, up 1.5% like-for-like, and cut its 2025 objectives to revenue growth between 1.0% and 2.0%, recurring EBITA margin between 14.7% and 15%, and net free cash flow generation of around 900 million euros.
FIGEAC AÉRO FGA.PA: French aerospace subcontractor Figeac Aéro reported H1 2025/26 revenue of 215.3 million euros with 9.6% organic growth marking its 18th consecutive quarter of growth, and maintained its guidance with a backlog at 4.6 billion euros as of September 2025.
SOFINA SA SOF.BR: Belgian investment company Sofina completed the placement of 600 million euros in senior unsecured bonds carrying a fixed annual coupon of 3.707%.
EQUASENS SA EQS.PA: French healthcare software company Equasens reported Q3 revenueof 172.2 million euros with like-for-like growth of 9.4%, and maintained its guidance for revenue growth of nearly 10% on a reported basis in the second half of 2025.
JACQUET METALS SA JCQ.PA: European specialty steels distributor Jacquet Metals reported sales of 1,427 million euros as of September 30, 2025, with a gross margin of 23.5%, EBITDA of 71 million euros, and net income (group share) of 9 million euros.
SELECTIRENTE SA SELER.PA: French real estate investment company Selectirente reported nine-month revenue (IFRS) of 22.6 million euros.
French Politics
The government has suspended Shein's activities in France until the Chinese online sales platform proves its compliance with French law, the Ministry of Economy announced on Wednesday.
"On the instructions of the Prime Minister, the government is initiating the procedure to suspend Shein for as long as necessary for the platform to demonstrate to the public authorities that all of its content is finally in compliance with our laws and regulations," Bercy said in a statement.
