May 31 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    ALSTOM  ALSO.PA 
    The French rail sector manufacturer declared on Tuesday the
French Consortium, comprising of Alstom, Easymile, Equans,
Keolis, Renault Group and Statinf, will deploy fully autonomous
mini buses in Châteauroux in 2026. 
    
    BOUYGUES  BOUY.PA 
    The France-based diversified services group said on Tuesday
it completed a bond issue for an amount of 1 billion euros with
a maturity of 8 years, bearing a coupon of 3.875%. 
    
    EURAZEO  EURA.PA 
    The French investment company announced on Tuesday it signed
a 10-year lease for 5,000 square metres of space to Comexposium.
    
    JCDECAUX  JCDX.PA  
    The French outdoor advertising company declared on Tuesday
it will acquire Clear Channel's  CCO.N  businesses in Italy and
Spain.   
    
    SOFINA  SOF.BR 
    The Belgian holding company said on Tuesday it will launch a
share buyback programme for a total maximum amount of 11.5
million euros that will start on 31 May 2023 and end on or
before 30 June 2023.
