Softcat plc (LSE: SCT.L), a leading UK provider of IT infrastructure technology and services, today announces that, further to the Company’s Further Issue of Equity announcement on 15 October 2026, in which the directors of the Company (the “PDMRs”) set out intentions to participate in the Equity Issue by way of a direct subscription for shares when the Company had exited its 2026 Full Year results closed period, it is notifying the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares undertaken by PDMRs.
