BUZZ-UK's Softcat falls after equity raise, GDT deal ** Shares of IT services and consulting firm Softcat SCTS.L fall 2.5% to 1,918p
** Co raises £354 mln ($473.19 mln) through sale of 18.7 mln shares at 1,890p each
** The offering is priced at a 4% discount to Thursday's closing price
** The company also announced on Thursday it agreed to buy U.S.-based GDT for $1.05 bln
** Including session's gains, SCTS up ~35.4% YTD
