    * FY turnover of approximately RMB1,577 million, 
representing an increase of approximately 58 percent year over 
year 
    * FY net profit attributable RMB910 million, increase of 
approximately 69 percent 
    * Board recommended the declaration and payment of a special 
dividend of RMB0.346 per share
