Berry Street Capital Management LLP has been an investor in SolGold Plc ("the
Company") since late 2020. As stated before, we believe in the quality of the
underlying asset.

In our view, the Board now appears to be making decisions that are in the best
interest of the Company and its shareholders. In recent weeks we have seen the
Board demonstrating commitment and decisiveness to maximize shareholder value
through their rapid efforts in the ongoing strategic review process. This has
included successfully shoring up the balance sheet through a royalty deal and
the introduction of a strategic investor to the share register, as well as the
announced merger with Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. As previously stated,
both publicly and privately, we believe these first steps are necessary to
conclude the strategic review with a positive outcome.

As a result of the promising progress that has been made so far, our intention
is to support the resolutions set forth by the Board at the upcoming Annual
General Meeting and we hope that other shareholders will do the same.
