** Shares of SILK Laser Australia Ltd  SLA.AX  jump as much
as 20% to A$2.17, set for best day ever, if gains hold
    ** Non-surgical aesthetics clinic network says new calendar
year has started strongly with overall network sales up 17% over
the 7 weeks to Feb 19
    ** Co posts a 22% rise in its first half 2023 statutory net
profit after tax to A$5 mln ($3.37 mln) 
    ** SLA hits its highest level since Nov. 28
    ** Stock down 4.7% this year as of last close
